Over two decades of practice have refined Jazmin's philosophy into something precise and rare: strength, glow, and synergy as a unified discipline; not three separate goals, but one continuous state of becoming.
Her background spans fitness, nutrition, and movement science. At CELLAR, she applies all of it: sculpt-based training and restorative work in full synergy, amplified by vital red light. Every class she leads is an act of precision and invitation: to move with purpose, feel without apology, and discover the version of yourself that was always there.
